Admissions Process

1. Inquire Online

Take a few minutes to complete our Online Inquiry Form indicating your interest in Early Childhood, Elementary, or Middle School programs. We will contact you to schedule a visit. You may also want to join us for an upcoming open house.

2. Visit

Call to schedule a tour 225-927-8601. A tour is the best way to see our campus, and while on campus you will have the opportunity to meet our faculty and staff. Below are additional opportunities for you to visit.

3. Application & Forms

To begin the application process, you will need to create an account on our RenWeb portal. The link is below. This will allow you to fill out a new student application form, which may be worked on until you are ready to submit it. A non-refundable $150 application and screening fee must accompany each child’s application. You will receive an email confirming your submission.

4. Schedule a Screening

  • Early Childhood (PreK-3 – Kindergarten) After submitting your child’s application, you will be contacted to set up a screening time. Early Childhood screening days are scheduled in the fall for December decisions. Additional screenings will be scheduled until classes are full. Your screening fee is included in your application fee. Early Childhood Screenings - PreK-3, PreK-4 and Kindergarten students are given a basic skills assessment to determine a child's readiness. The assessment lasts about 45 minutes, and the children are screened in small groups.
  • 1st – 8th Grades After submitting your child's application, you will be contacted to set up a screening time. Your screening fee is included in your application fee. Lower School (1st-5th) and Middle School (6th–8th) students are assessed in math, reading, and writing skills.    Rolling admissions applications will be accepted throughout the year based on availability.
